Where does THIC ship?
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Canadian Orders
Shipping rates are subject to shipping costs quoted at checkout. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 2 days.
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.
U.S.A. Orders
Shipping rates are subject to shipping costs quoted at checkout. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 2 days.

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.
International Orders
All orders outside of US & Canada are subject to shipping costs quoted at checkout. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 7 days.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 7 days, and shipping in North America takes 2-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days from the time they are processed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
After you’ve checked out, orders take up to 7 days to process and 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. We will send you your tracking number ASAP via email.
My address is wrong on my order!
If the address on your order is wrong, email info@thicproducts.com ASAP so we can help you update it. We’ll be with you every step of the way, so don’t stress babe.

BILLING
When will my card get charged?
Your card will be charged when your order ships. Orders take 1-3 business days to process - you will see the charge on your statement after the processing period.
My card was declined, what can I do?
If your payment was declined, double check that your billing address, expiration date and card verification number are all correct. If it’s still getting declined, we recommend using a different card or checking with your bank to verify that your info is up-to-date.
RETURNS
Need to return your items?
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. No questions asked. Just email info@thicproducts.com with your receipt, and we’ll take it from there.
I received a damaged product
Send over a photo to info@thicproducts.com, and we’ll help you out with this ASAP. Helpful hint: If you include your order number in that email, things can move faster!
